Job Details

At Cupid Compusoft, we’re looking for a Junior Frontend Developer who is passionate about creating smooth, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces. You’ll work closely with our design and backend teams to bring ideas to life and help build great digital experiences for our users.

Job Responsibilities

  • Turn UI/UX designs into working web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Work with frontend frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or similar (training support if needed).
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to connect frontend with backend systems.
  • Test websites across different browsers and devices to ensure smooth performance.
  • Fix bugs and suggest improvements for better performance and user experience.
  • Keep your code clean, readable, and reusable.
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend trends and technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Eager to learn and grow as a developer in a real-world project environment.
  • Basic knowledge of how websites work — layout, responsiveness, and interactions.
  • Curious mindset and interest in solving design or performance issues.
  • Good teamwork skills and willingness to take feedback and improve.
  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines with guidance.

Skill & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in frontend development or internships/projects.
  • Tech Stack: Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and basic React or Vue.
  • Responsive Design: Ability to build websites that work on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
  • Version Control: Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub for code sharing.
  • Browser Testing: Know how to test and debug in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.
  • Design Tools: Exposure to tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for reading UI designs.
  • Agile Workflow: Experience working in a startup or agile team, using tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress.
