Job Details

At Cupid Compusoft, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can turn ideas into clean, user-friendly designs. You’ll design interfaces that are easy to use, visually appealing, and aligned with our product goals. If you enjoy improving user experiences and love solving design challenges, we’d love to work with you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design website and app screens based on product requirements and user needs.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers.
  • Translate ideas into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Follow brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all platforms.
  • Test designs with team feedback and improve based on suggestions.
  • Think from the user’s point of view to make easy and smooth digital experiences.

Job Requirements

  • A good sense of design, layout, and colors.
  • Understanding of how users interact with websites and apps.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage feedback and make design updates quickly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Skill & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design or design internships/projects.
  • Design Tools: Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Prototyping: Ability to make clickable mockups and screen transitions.
  • User Research: Basic knowledge of user testing, surveys, or feedback methods.
  • Design Systems: Experience in using or creating design systems or reusable components.
  • Responsive Design: Understanding of mobile-first and responsive UI.
  • Agile Workflow: Experience working in a startup or agile environment, using tools like Jira and Confluence to track tasks and progress.
